Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA graduates or certified Business Analyst interns who are eager to start their career in business analysis and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business counterparts globally to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Assist in creating Requirement and Scope Documentation, BRD, ERP modules, and Demos.
Support client handling activities and participate in training sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
Use MS Office and Power BI tools to prepare reports and presentations.
Stay updated with current business process flows and environments.

Requirements:

MBA or completion of Business Analyst internship/certification.
Strong communication skills to interact with global teams.
Skills in problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and training sessions.
Knowledge of ERP, BRD, client handling, MS Office, and Power BI.
Candidates must be from a Business Analyst background (Not Data Analyst).
Preference: Male candidates.
