ERPNext Developer

We are looking for an experienced Frappe/ERPNext Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work as a dedicated developer at our client’s location, representing Tridots Tech while designing, customizing, and extending ERPNext applications. This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise in Frappe framework, ERPNext customization, and scalable application development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Frappe/ERPNext applications to meet client requirements
Build custom modules, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python and JavaScript code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Integrate ERPNext with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Ensure application security, data integrity, and adherence to coding best practices
Provide documentation, technical support, and user training as needed

Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years in Frappe/ERPNext development
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, RESTful APIs, and server-side scripting
Front-End Skills: Strong in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks
ERPNext Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERPNext architecture, workflows, and data models, with hands-on customization and deployment experience
Infrastructure: Familiarity with Linux servers, Docker, and cloud platforms
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication abilities
Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team

Bonus Points

Experience with Git version control
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
